I was in charge of chemical protection at Japan Defense Agency, when the “SARIN ATTACK CASE” occurred at Matsumoto City and extended an investigative cooperation to the police department. And I got involved in the Self-Defense Force’s disaster relief operation for the “TOKYO SUBWAY SARIN ATTACK CASE”. So, I’d like to deliver a speech on those world-trembling “SARIN ATTACK CASES” as follows;

1. The fact of “MATSUMOTO SARIN ATTACK CASE”.

(1) Clearance of suspicion against the first informant

(2) Was sarin really spread out by terrorists ?

(3) How did they spread it ?

2. Who on earth spread sarin ?

(1) Suspicion against AUM-CULT and its background

(2) Identification of the criminals : AUM-CULT

3. Compulsory Investigation into AUM-CULT’s facilities at Kamiku-ishiki Village and relation to the “TOKYO SUBWAY SARIN ATTACK CASE”

(1) Why did it happen on March 20^th, 1995 ?

(2) Self-Defense Force’s actions

(3) Real situation of Sarin Production Factory at that Village

4. Opinion by learning lessons from the “SARIN ATTACK CASES”

(1) AUM-CUT’s delusions (Why did they need Sarin ?)
