ABSTRACT
The
nosocomial pulmonary infection is one of the most common complications of Coal
Workers Pneumoconiosis(C.W.P.). It is also one of the main precipitating
factors of respiratory failure, pulmonary encephalopuncture, severe acute cor
pulmonale and one of the main death cause of
C.W.P. The article is concerned with
retrospective investigation on 66 cases of C.W.P’s patients during period of
the hospital, complicated with the pulmonary infections in clinical
manifestation and with the positive result of sputum bacteria culture for 119
specimens. It is indicated to the
C.W.P’s patients in the nosocomial pulmonary infections associated with severe
dispnia that the prodution of large amount of sputum and characteristic change of
sputum, appearing moist rales in lungs were commonly observed in the main
symptoms and signs. It’s mainly on
Gram-negative bacillus of sputum bacteria culture.(78.99%). The mortality rate is 23%. Therefore, it is clinical significance of
paying attention to the early diagnosis of C.W.P. complicated with nosocomial
pulmonary infections and using reasonably antibiotic according to bacteria
culture and drug sensitive test.
